Purpose and Limits

This is a private reference site, not a government office. It does not store official arrest, jail, or court records, and it cannot confirm custody status, arrange a release, or file documents with an agency or court.

Madison County Busted Mugshots may point users toward official information routes and independent search tools. The local record path can involve the Sheriff, CVRJ, a court clerk, or a separate state authority. A link is not a promise that a record is available, current, complete, or responsive to a request.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site only for lawful, respectful purposes. You agree not to:

• violate any applicable law while using the site;
• use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person;
• use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other prohibited decision-making;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or connected systems;

FCRA Prohibited Uses

Madison County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. By using the site, you agree not to use information from it for any FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions;
• tenant or housing screening;
• creditworthiness decisions or insurance premiums;
• licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program; or
• any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Third-Party Sources

Links may lead to independent services and official record custodians. For Madison County, those routes can include the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Central Virginia Regional Jail, the Madison combined court, and the Virginia Department of Corrections locator.
